Our Commitment "Sanitary Quality"


Within the framework of our "Sanitary Quality" charter, our whole organization implements the following specific measures in accordance with recent obligations :

  1. Ensure the recommendations of the Public Health authorities in the fight against Covid-19 ;
  2. Provide the driver and clients with masks, gloves and hydro alcoholic gel according to recommendations ;
  3. Reinforce the disinfection and cleaning of shared parts of the vehicle before and after each transfer, in particular the door handles, seats, seat belts or any other support near the passengers and adapt them to the requirements and recommendations of health authorities ;
  4. Promote payment by credit card if possible and systematically disinfect payment terminals ;
  5. Respect social distancing gestures between employees, service providers and clients ;
  6. Ensure all preventive measures against Covid-19 are well understood by clients and employees ;
  7. Ensure the implementation and respect of the management protocols in case of suspicion of Covid-19 contagion ;
  8. Appoint a "Health Quality" referent within the organization.
